It was issued to correct the following bugs:

[bugs:#84] in the J-Link Startup tab, the SWV numeric fields were not disabled when the interface was JTAG; fixed
[bugs:#86] the STM32F4xx template failed to build, due to missing preprocessor definitions; fixed.
